InsightInspired is a joyful enriching experience designed to help you uncover your own inner wisdom, dissolve creative or personal blocks, and reignite your sense of direction. Over four immersive days in Sarah Jane Brown’s coastal studio, you’ll explore a powerful blend of expressive art-making and insight-based coaching—all designed to awaken clarity, creativity and confidence, that will have far reaching benefits in other areas of your life.
Through guided exercises, gentle reflection, and intuitive painting practices, you’ll learn to trust your inner voice, express your truth through art, and move forward in life with renewed energy and purpose.

While no prior art experience is needed, this workshop is best suited to those who are open to self-exploration and personal growth. If you’re specifically seeking technical painting instruction or a structured skills course, this may not be the right fit and I recommend you choose one of my other workshops which might suit you better.
