Sometimes you reach a point where you need to decide which direction to head. Though I was in a hurry this particular day, I stopped the car to take some photos. The fields were full of rapeseed flowers, brightening the Pembrokeshire landscape with swathes of yellow. It was magical.
I usually paint the coast, but I loved the blues and yellows intersected by green hedgerows, and the road leading towards the distant Preseli Mountains.
