I love the power of the waves crashing against the rugged coastline in contrast to the sense of peace it creates within. It is wonderful to have this just on my doorstep and to live within this beautiful National Park.
At times, the sea appears gentle, but even that constant movement against the cliffs changes and sculpts our coastline. So if you think your actions are small and your impact is insignificant, it's good to remember that, over time, your repeated thoughts, words and actions can have a compound effect.
