It’s been an exciting week!
I’ve been to London and back for the Private View and Official Opening of the Royal Society of Marine Artists 2021 Exhibition. I’m honoured to be included once again, and it felt like such a precious experience, not least because it’s the first time I have travelled outside of Wales for almost 2 years!
It was quite a moment when I arrived at Mall Galleries, and spotted my painting on the wall of the exhibition!I had a wonderful day looking at all the work on show, and really enjoyed chatting to other artists at the Private View.
There’s much to see if you do get the chance to visit, but if you are unable to travel to London, then you can still take a ‘virtual’ walk around the exhibition below:
Click on the circles to move around and use the arrows to look left and right. You can literally see every painting as it is located in the exhibition.
My oil painting ‘Through takes less effort’ is in the North Gallery and available to purchase.
Through takes less effort | oil on canvas | 50 x 61 cm
The exhibition is open at the Mall Galleries until 10 October 2021. It celebrates all aspects of the sea with themed works in a broad range of styles and media, and I am very honoured to have been selected for this year’s event.
Enjoy your (virtual) visit!
