Sunsets are TRICKKKYYYYY! They are a real test of colour relationships and the interplay of warm and cool transitions. Everyone did so well in just one day to achieve really glowing images… Bravo!
This workshop was from my new series of coastal elements 1-day workshops, and focused specifically on painting sunsets. We looked at the light effects and colour relationships that occur at this time of day and students learnt how to balance and control them.
