Interviewed by Radio 4 for a New Year's Day programme!

Did you know that next year is the 100th year anniversary of the shipping forecast appearing on the radio? I certainly didn't - until I received a lovely email from Sara Jane Hall, Producer for BBC Radio 4 inviting me to be part of a programme that she is recording this month.

The documentary is about St David's Head and its relationship to the sea area of Lundy. It's presented by Charles Carroll who is a familiar voice on BBC Radio and who reads the forecast on a regular basis. Sara & Charles came to the studio last week to find out about my former life on the sea and how it influences my seascape paintings!

The programme is due to go out on New Year's Day on BBC Radio 4, as part of a whole day event and I will let you know what time my segment will be on as soon as the BBC tell me.
