I will hold a free painting demonstration during my August Open Studio, so time your visit for 2 pm Saturday 26th August if you are interested to see me at work!
My demonstration will give an insight into what to expect at my regular painting workshops, which run throughout the year. If you're interested to try a workshop, then spaces are still available on my 3-day workshops ‘Loosen up your Landscapes’ on 9th-11th August and ‘Get to Grips with Oils' 6th-8th September, and the 6-week course of Evening Classes starting 12th September; you can book online or by phone.
My Open Studio takes place from 19th August to 2nd September as part of the annual North Pembrokeshire Open Studios Art Trail. All are welcome! Come along to see my summer exhibition and for a look behind the scenes of a busy art studio. The studio will open 11 am to 4 pm Monday to Saturday, and there will be the opportunity to buy original work together with prints and art gifts.
Based at Brawdy Business Park, just off the A487 between Penycwm and Solva, the studio is clearly signposted from the main road and easy to find. Free parking and toilets are available, and the studio is wheelchair friendly. You can find more details on my Studio page.
New to this year's Art Trail, an exhibition celebrating the North Pembrokeshire Open Studios artists will take place at Haverhub in The Old Post Office, Haverfordwest from 19th August to 30th September, open 10 am to 5 pm. This exhibition promises to be an exciting introduction to the Art Trail, and I am pleased to be showing a special piece at the event.
