People are often fascinated by artist’s sketchbooks so I thought I’d give you a little peek. My sketchbooks are like scrapbooks or visual journals. They are a kind of repository for experiments, collected colours, shapes and textures. Bits and pieces of things drawn, painted or stuck in that may (or may not) end up in a painting some time.
