More about the Surrey Art Fair…
The Surrey Contemporary Art Fair brings together over 160 artists, printmakers, photographers, sculptors, ceramicists and selected galleries from all over the UK and Europe. There is a wide range of styles and media, from glass and sculpture to photography and painting, from abstract to realism, from the extraordinary in the ordinary to the avant garde.
Renowned for their informal, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, these art fairs have become known as events that both experienced and new art collectors feel very much at home in. Contemporary Art Fairs have a well-earned reputation for helping match art lovers and artists.
At the Private View evening, there is the chance to enjoy fine art, live music and fine wine, with room to engage with other art enthusiasts – a real social event.
Or visit any time over the weekend to a fair full of great contemporary art, by living artists, at affordable prices, in an accessible venue outside London.
Enjoy the chance to speak with artists for a first hand insight about their work. With artwork from £40 to £4,000 as well as workshops and demonstrations from leading artists and galleries, this is a good time to allow yourself several hours to really appreciate everything there is to see. Many visitors make a full, fun, art-filled day of it.
