I am thrilled that one of my recent paintings ‘The void shall not weary’ was shortlisted and has now been selected for the 2012 exhibition in Mayfair, London!

The Cork Street Open is a prestigious annual fine art competition. Thousands of submissions are made to a panel of eminant judges for a rigorous selection process. All of the shortlisted artists will now send their work to London for the final round of juding and the finalists will then have their work shown in the Cork Street Gallery, London. The exhibition takes place 23 -31st August 2012.

The exhibition also helps to benefit a selected charity, which this year is CRISIS. The tickets for the Private View to £15 per person or £30 per couple, of which £5 will go to the skylight creative workshops run by CRISIS. The commission on sales will also be donated to CRISIS’s Skylight projects for homeless people throughout the UK

Renowned writer and critic Edward Lucie-Smith will be opening the exhibition and delicious refreshments will be served including the world’s only ethically sourced and sustainable caviar!
