I’m so thrilled to have been selected to exhibit some of my expressive seascape paintings of Pembrokeshire at an exhibition of contemporary Welsh art during ‘Wales Week in London’, an annual cultural event celebrating all things Welsh.
The exhibition takes place at the London Welsh Centre on 9th and 10th March, and my work will be exhibited alongside a number of other notable Welsh artists. This unique event provides the opportunity for visitors to enjoy an exclusive exhibition of Welsh art in London, with the chance to purchase original work.
Venue: London Welsh Centre, 157-163 Grays Inn Road, London, WC1X 8UE
Tel: 020 7837 3722 Website: www.walesweek.london
Exhibition opening times: Friday 9th March 10.00am – 5.00pm, Saturday 10th March 9.00am – 5.00pm
The London Welsh Centre is the Welsh cultural hub in London and therefore provides the perfect space for anyone interested in Welsh Art and a wonderful ‘Welsh’ social occasion!
This is a great opportunity to view a varied selection of artworks, meet the artists in person, and purchase some of their work. Actually, this is the only exhibition of original Welsh art, currently scheduled in London during 2018, where you can purchase from a number of Welsh artists all showing together at the same time.
All sales of artwork will be commission-free so the buyer knows that every artist is getting the full benefit for their hard work.
Welsh Art Private View/Drinks Reception
Refreshments and canapés will be served and you’ll be able to meet the artists, discuss their work and purchase a few pieces! (details here)
This is an invitation only event, so if you’d like to attend please Email the organiser to reserve your place.
